The excursion begins going to look for you at the hotels where you stay. Once you have been picked up, you have to go to the town with the highest altitude of the whole island, Pyrgos and its famous Venetian castle. From there you can easily reach the viewpoints located near the Mountain Profitis Ilias where you can get fantastic panoramic views of the island of Santorini. After this stop, it's time to admire the typical architecture of the Cyclades, with whitewashed buildings and bluish domes in the town of Megalochori.
As everything in Santorini is not the white houses with their blue domes and, to know a little the history of the island, you will arrive until the Akrotiri enclave where you can meet the fascinating Minoan culture from the island of Santorini. Much of the ruins are in a great state of conservation due to various volcanic eruptions that buried the place.
From Akrotiri and, taking a short walk, you reach the famous Santorini's red beach, spectacular by the color of the walls that surround it and its crystalline shallow waters. From here, the excursion takes course towards Perivolos and its black sand beach where you will have time to have lunch for free.
Entering the afternoon, the tour brings you up to a cellar to taste the wines local, are special because of how the vine is born and grows in volcanic lands. After the tasting, the sun will be setting, ideal time to get to I heard and enjoy the amazing sunset next to the boiler.
From the town of Oia, the trip back to your respective hotels is undertaken.
