What is Skaros rock?
Skaros It is a rocky promontory that protrudes towards the azure blue of the Aegean Sea. It is located on the facade of the village of Imerovigli. Formerly, a majestic castle stood here, which used to be the main Christian congregation place in Santorini until the beginning of the 1800 decade. Skaros used to be the capital of Santorini, until the eighteenth century. Later in the nineteenth century, Fira It became the capital due in large part to its proximity and easy access to the sea.
